We get it — sometimes plans change, or you spot a mistake just after ordering. While we pride ourselves on dispatching orders at top speed, there’s a short window where you can make changes before your order leaves our stage.
Subscription orders
You have until 9am on the day your order was placed to cancel or edit it. Click ‘View My Order’ in your confirmation email to make changes.
Make sure you’re updating this specific order — cancelling your subscription only stops future deliveries.
One-time purchases
You’ve got 1.5 hours from when your confirmation email arrived to make any updates or cancellations. Simply click ‘View My Order’ in your order confirmation.
Missed the window?
Once your order is dispatched, we’re unable to stop it mid-delivery. However, we’ll happily issue a prepaid returns label so you can send any unwanted products back to us for a refund. Just note: we don’t offer exchanges, so you’ll need to place a new order if you’d like something else.
