We know mistakes happen — a missing flat number or wrong postcode can easily slip through. While we pride ourselves on dispatching orders at top speed, there’s a short window to update your address before it ships.
Subscription orders
You have until 9am (BST) on the day your order was placed to change the delivery address.
Click ‘View My Order’ in your confirmation email to make edits.
Just make sure you’re editing this specific order — updating your subscription only changes future deliveries.
One-time purchases
You’ve got 1.5 hours from when your confirmation email arrived to make any updates.
Simply click ‘View My Order’ in your confirmation email.
Missed the window?
Once your order is dispatched, we’re unable to stop it mid-delivery. However, we’ll happily issue a prepaid returns label so you can send any unwanted products back to us for a refund. Just note: we don’t offer exchanges, so you’ll need to place a new order if you’d like something else.
