Website Orders:

To add a discount code to your order via our website, please follow the below steps:

1. Add the items you wish to purchase to your cart
2. Go to the checkout page
3. Look for a box labeled “Discount code or gift card”
4. Enter your code in this box.
5. Click "Apply" or "Submit" to see the discount reflected in your total.

Subscription Orders:

To add a discount code to your subscription, please follow the below steps:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click "Manage Subscriptions"
3. Look for the line labeled “+ Add discount”. If you already have a discount code applied, to remove this click the bin icon.
4. Enter your code in this box.
5. Click "Apply" or "Submit" to see the discount reflected in their total.

If the code is valid, you'll see the discount on their order.

If the code is not working, please refer back to the T&Cs for that specific code to ensure your order is compliant.
