How do I unsubscribe from marketing communication?Updated 8 months ago

We occasionally send marketing via email, SMS and direct mail. If you have previously opted in and now want to stop receiving marketing via these channels you have the option to either opt-out of the specific channel –or unsubscribe from all.

• To opt out of direct mail/print; Open a recent newsletter and scroll down to the footer. Open the preference center [Want to update your preferences? Click here.] and manage your marketing preference within the form.

• To unsubscribe from email marketing; Open a recent newsletter and scroll down to the footer. Click "Unsubscribe" and submit the unsubscribe form. By unsubscribing from email marketing you are also automatically opting out from direct mail.

• To unsubscribe from SMS marketing; Open the SMS conversation and reply "STOP" to opt-out.
