We're unable to add any discount codes to orders retrospectively or issue refunds to offset the discount. Any discount codes wanting to be used have to be applied before payment in the checkout process. 

If you would like to reorder using the discount code contact our Front of House Team and they'll do their best to stop your order. That said, due to the fast turnaround of orders being placed and dispatched this may not always be possible.
