- The Guarantee applies to your very first order only — either one 50ml Deodorant Balm or The Discovery Set from our UK or US store.
- Only one product is eligible per customer — you can’t claim both.
- The Guarantee does not apply to any other products. Such as The Assistant.
- Purchases made via third-party sellers (including Amazon and TikTok Shop) aren’t covered.
- If your order was placed on subscription, we’ll refund the product price minus the cost of shipping as if it had been a one-off purchase.
- You must have used the product for at least 14 days before making a claim.
- Only the person who placed the original order can submit a claim.
- We can only offer one refund per product range, per customer.
- Orders must have been placed on or after 29 August 2023.
We reserve the right to decline a refund if:
- The feedback provided isn’t detailed enough to help us improve.
- It appears the Guarantee is being used repeatedly in a way that feels unfair.
- A refund has already been issued for the same product range.
We may update or withdraw the Guarantee at any time — but don’t worry, we’ll always honour valid claims for past orders.
