What is your return policy?Updated a year ago

Returns will be accepted within fourteen (14) days after the date you receive your Order. The product(s) must be in their original condition, unopened and as new. 

Please contact our Front of House team via this contact form, selected 'Return' from the dropdown as the subject. Make sure you include your order number and reason for the return in the contact form message.

*If you purchased our products from a 3rd party (i.e. a retailer) your complaints/ applications for a refund must be taken up with them directly, and not AKT.
