How can I purchase a gift card?

Our gift cards are available for purchase directly on our website here. Simply select the amount you wish to gift, and we’ll send the gift card electronically to the recipient.

How will I receive my gift card?

Our gift cards are delivered digitally to the email address you provide at checkout. You’ll receive a unique code that can be redeemed at checkout.

Can I send a gift card directly to someone else?

Absolutely! Just enter the recipient's email address at checkout, and the gift card will be sent straight to them.

Are there any restrictions on gift card usage?

Gift cards can only be used for orders placed on our website directly and not on repeat subscription orders.

Do AKT gift cards expire?

Gift cards expire 1 year from date of purchase. This information is on the email confirmation and presented on the digital gift card when the customer receives it.

Can I check my gift card balance?

What happens if I lose my gift card code?

Not to worry. Reach out to our Front of House team here and they'll get this resent over to you.

Can I use my gift card in combination with other forms of payment?

Yes, if your gift card balance doesn’t cover the full order amount, you can pay the remainder using another payment method.

Are gift cards refundable?

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

Can I use my gift card in multiple transactions?

Yes, the balance on your gift card can be used across multiple orders until the full amount is spent.

Can I apply a discount code when buying a gift card?

Unfortunately, discount codes do not apply to the purchase of gift cards. However, the recipient can use discount codes when redeeming the card.

How do I redeem my gift card at checkout?

At checkout, enter the unique gift card code in the 'discount code or gift card' field. The card balance will be applied to your purchase amount automatically.

Does my gift card contribute to the free delivery threshold?

Gift card values don't contribute to the free delivery threshold in checkout.

Can gift cards be used on both our UK and US website?

Sadly they cannot. Whichever store you purchase the giftcard on, it can only be used on that specific store.
