How much do I need to use?

We suggest using around a butter bean-sized amount of product. If you use The Konjac Sponge, you may find you can use less!

How long should one tube last?

How do I recycle the packaging?

Place the tube and cap into your aluminum recycling bin. If you don't have access to one, we suggest contacting your local authority to ask how you can recycle aluminum. Aluminum can be endlessly recycled without losing quality.

How do I open the tube?

The tube is sealed and needs to be punctured. We suggest using a pen or our new Assistant design, which has a pointed end to pierce the seal.

I have sensitive skin, are your products suitable?

If you have sensitive skin, we suggest you do a patch test with the product first to see if you get a reaction. Our products are fragranced, which can cause reactions for those with sensitive skin.

What allergens are in the formula?

This can vary depending on what fragrance offering you choose. You can find a list of allergens in the ingredients list on the product pages and printed on the box of your product, usually marked with an asterisk (*).

Is The Body Wash Concentrate available in all fragrances?
